Just after 3pm members from both Station 7 and 77 were dispatched to a reported dwelling fire in Forsythia Gate. Deputy 77 arrived on scene confirming the working fire and establishing command. Crews went in service working on fire suppression, search and overhaul. All occupants were out and a dog and reptile were rescued from the residence and are being treated.
In addition to the William Penn Fire Company, assisting agency’s included the Penndel Volunteer Fire Company, Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company, Levittown Fire Company No. 2, Fairless Hills Fire Department, Newport Fire Company, Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad, Middletown Township Police Department, and Middletown Fire & and Emergency Services.
No injuries where reported and the fire is currently under investigation by the Middletown Township Fire Marshall’s Office.
